Have you clearly thought out what your brand is? Simplifying what it is that your brand does helps to communicate a clear and concise message.
What is your brand? What does it do? How does it do that?
2. What channels are you using to share that story?
How are you telling people about what you do? Are you utilizing social media? Search advertising? Email? Broadcast? Print? All of these are valuable assets when used appropriately. Create a plan and stick to it. Use all avenues that make sense to grow your brand, but do it with a plan. A plan allows you to monitor what's working and what's not working. When you have a plan you have a structure to build on.
3. How's your website converting?
All of your efforts could be pointless if your website is not designed to convert! Make sure that your website is designed for the user, not your ego. Your website's main purpose is to convert. If your website isn't doing that your website isn't working and it's time to redesign.
